Asking yourself : What do you want ?

One of the most surprising twists I recently discovered is that humans cannot be asked not to think negatively. When we told them not to think about Tokyo Tower, they did. Precisely, just like what Michael J. Loser writes in Law of Attraction. 

One of the significant components in the law of attraction is words. Words are everywhere. They are spoken, read, written, thought about, seen, typed, and heard in our heads. Because the words we think and use generate the vibration we send out, the activities in this book are all dependent on picking specific words. Our thoughts are also made up of words, the illustration depicted by Michael bellow, 


Don't, not, and no are words that have a strong association with negative thoughts; we apply them whenever we don't want to think about or do something. The words don't, not, and no are immediately filtered by our unconscious and conscious minds. When we use words, we end up internalizing in our minds the very thing you are being advised not to do.The law of attraction works in the same way as our minds do: it hears what you don't want and makes you give it your attention and energy.


To stop giving our energy to thesis negative phrases, we need to reduce and eventually eliminate the use of the words don’t, not, and no. Michael gave us simple help by using counter sentences : So, what do I want ?, each time we hear yourself using don’t, not, and no. So, the flow will be depicted below,




Instead of saying : “Don’t panic”, we can say “Stay calm”. “Positive and negative emotions cannot occupy the mind at the same time. One or the other must dominate. It is your responsibility to make sure that positive emotions constitute the dominating influence of your mind”, an American Actor, Napoleon Hill, once said. When we switch from what we don't want to what we do want, the words change, and the vibration evolves. We can only send out one vibration at a time.


By identifying the feeling you are having, you may determine if the vibration you are emitting is positive or negative. These emotions are causing you to vibrate, and there are only two kinds of vibrations in the 'vibrational' world: positive and negative.


You can change your vibe from negative to positive by simply changing your words and thoughts. It's as simple as asking yourself, "So, what exactly do I want?" Again, the language shifts when you talk about what you don't want and then talk about what you do want. Because you can only send out one vibration at a time, when your words change, so does your vibration. Simply changing the words you use and the thoughts you think will reset your frequency.


The Law of Attraction disregards if you sent out a vibration five minutes ago, five days ago, five months ago, or 50 years ago. It’s only responding to the vibration you are sending out right now, and giving you most likely the same.
